A neighborhood nursery asked us to bring their growing house back to life after two seasons of neglect: clogged irrigation, tired soil in every bench, and seedlings that stalled within weeks.
We rebuilt the bench layout for airflow and light, installed zoned drip irrigation, and restarted production with fresh growing mix. New seedling trays went in on a staggered schedule so color is always ready.
The nursery reopened its retail bench six weeks later with full rows of healthy starts. Germination rates doubled, and watering labor dropped to a fraction of before.
